Dispatch date estimated 2 to 7 working days. In case of item being out of stock, please bear in mind that the delivery may take longer. If this is the case, the customer will be informed about any possible delays via e-mail or phone.

Upon receipt of the order, our customer sales assistant will confirm it via e-mail or phone. Sales assistant may refuse completing an order that has not been confirmed.

We accept the following payment options:

Cash-upon-receipt: Paid to the delivery person upon receipt.

We send parcels up to a total value of 500,00PLN by Poczta Polska. Courier deliveries are arranged for orders with the value of up to 5000,00 PLN. Charges are paid by the purchaser, according to the Courier's or Poczta Polska charges. The Courier can be chosen by the Customer, however, relevant information need to be provided no later than within two days from the date of purchase via e-mail or telephone.

Bank transfers: An account number is sent to a customer upon order completion. VAT receipt proformas issued upon request (business and institutional customers only). Items are shipped once the money transfer is cleared.

M-transfer service is available for M-Bank clients.

We may require a deposit in case of an order, which is not included in our regular offer.

Terms of deliveries apply to Poland only.

A VAT receipt is issued upon request (One or more of the following details may be required: Nip (PL) Regon (PL), VAT code).

Purchased items are also available for personal pick-up.

Jewellery products offered by KemonArt are designer goods, created on the spot or custom-made. If, letís say, earring have different studs than a customer would wish, we can alter orders upon agreed details. We can change the length, clasp, change of color, however, we need to discuss these beforehand.

Browsing

Our products are preselected according to their groups, listings of which you will find in the left corner of the site. Looking for a specific item, you need to click on an appropriate garment and look through the listing. A 'Search' option is available, where you can look for certain key words. By clicking on a picture of an item, a detailed description will follow.

Shopping basket

Each one of our customers is assigned their own shopping basket. Having confirmed a purchase by clicking 'add to basket', the item will be automatically placed in your virtual shopping basket. The status of the shopping basket can be altered at any time. You can change the quantity of your order by typing in the desired number in a provided field. If, after adding an item to your basket you wish to continue your shopping, you can do that by selecting ëcontinue shoppingí. To return to a previously viewed page you need to click 'back' in your browser's menu.

Placing an order

To place an order, select 'Proceed with my order' in 'My shopping basket' section. You will be asked to provide all the details necessary to complete your order and issue a VAT receipt: A full name of your company along with its NIP/VAT code, customerís personal details (name, surname, e-mail address, landline or mobile phone number), select the delivery option. A telephone number and e-mail address are compulsory to contact the customer and verify all details. In case of the delivery address being different from the invoice address, this needs to be stated in 'additional information' box. After placing an order, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail along with a purchase code. We may contact our customers via telephone to confirm order placement or discuss any problems.
